Q: Are you factory or trading company?
A: Our factory is located in Dongguan. We have our own industrial park with 3 buildings. We have an office in Shenzhen where part of our marketing and R&D team is located. It takes around 1.5 hours by car from our Shenzhen office to the factory. Welcome your visit at your convenience.
Q: Is there any warranty for your products?
A: For the battery kit, we have 12 months warranty. But for some consumer products like disposables, cartridges, we do not offer any warranty time for the lifetime depend on the using frequency. If we can confirm it is our problem, we will offer the customer a reasonable solution for we are not doing a one-time business.
Q: Do you supply packaging or help customer to design the logo and packaging?
A: Yes. You can do your customized design for your product and packaging. Our designer can help you with the design as well.
Q: How long you will take to finish the order?
A: It will depend on our stock status and your order requirement. Usually, samples can be shipped within 1 week. OEM orders 4-6 weeks. For the new ODM project, please consult the sales team for accurate information.
